Right of Withdrawal

1. Scope

Yua Studios is based in Switzerland. These withdrawal instructions apply to customers who are granted a statutory right of withdrawal under EU/EEA or UK consumer protection law. For customers without such a right (for example under Swiss law, or business customers), these instructions apply for information purposes only and do not create an independent right of withdrawal.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the ordered service within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yua Studios, email: hello@yuastudios.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Early expiry once performance has begun

If, during checkout, you expressly requested that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires: if the contract has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully delivered the agreed service.

If you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you (minus any proportionate amount under Section 3) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
