• Wedding date, couple names, guest list, and RSVP details if you provide them
• Message content, project request, and selected offer
• Payment and checkout references, but not full card details
• Login, session, and access data for admin and client areas

We process personal data to answer inquiries, provide offers and digital invitations, process payments, communicate with clients, ensure the secure operation of the website, and comply with legal obligations. 4. Sharing with third parties

We use service providers that support us in operating the website and delivering our services. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, Supabase for project and media data, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and security, development, and support tools. These providers receive data only where necessary and are bound by appropriate contractual or organizational data protection measures.

The website is based in Switzerland but may be accessible worldwide and may serve clients outside Switzerland. If you communicate with us, order a digital invitation, or use an RSVP function, content provided by you or your guests may be processed. Payment data is processed via Stripe; we do not store complete credit card details ourselves. Email communication may be sent via Resend or comparable providers.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

11. EU/EEA customers

If we specifically offer our services to people in the EU or EEA, the GDPR may apply in addition to Swiss data protection law. In that case, the legal bases, rights, and information duties described above apply accordingly.
